What is the delivery time?

Once your order has been packed and processed you will receive a tracking code by e-mail. The delivery time may vary due to busy periods at the postal service. We’re located in the Netherlands.

What is the difference between the paper options?

All our paper options guarantee amazing print quality and are made with high-quality, FSC-certified paper.

The regular poster paper options are: satin/glossy (200 g) and matte finish (220 g), which are slightly thinner than Fine Art but more affordable.

Fine Art is a heavy-weight (310 g) museum-quality paper with a beautiful texture and a velvety soft, completely matte finish. It’s the heaviest option available!

Is custom artwork possible?

Yes, we offer custom artwork services. From fan art to cartoons, the possibilities are endless. 

Whether you’re looking to create a one-of-a-kind work of art or enhance your brand, we can help you. We can even print your own high-resolution photos.

Where can I buy a frame?

All of our prints come unframed, but finding the perfect frame for your print is easy. All of our prints come in standard sizes.

You can visit local home goods stores or search online for poster frames, simply Google “poster frame + [print size]” to find options that will fit your print perfectly.

How can I pay?

You can pay securely online with:

  • iDeal
  • Credit card
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal

Payments are processed securely through the payment system of our partner Mollie. In addition, the website also has an SSL certificate.

How does returns work?

Send an e-mail to info@kudtshop.com within 14 days of receiving the product to register your return, clearly stating the reason. The shipping costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Make sure that the product is sent in its original condition without damage.

Please note that custom products are custom made for you and cannot be returned.

Item damaged?

Any defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Send an e-mail to info@kudtshop.com with a clear photo attached. We will provide a suitable solution.
